Rwanda HIV/AIDS-related digital library
About these collections:
The Rwanda HIV/AIDS-related digital library opened to clients in May 2006. Documents in these collections are Rwanda-specific with a focus non-published items - often called “gray literature”. There are currently two collection:
- Verified: documents that have been reviewed and satisfy our usability CRITERIA
- Non-verified: documents that have not yet been reviewed or do not pass our quality criteria.
How to find information in these collections
There are 5 ways to find information in this collection:
- You can search for particular (key) words that appear in the
- In the TITLE
- In the RESUME or TABLE OF CONTENTS
- The entire DOCUMENT
- You can search for a particular document title by pressing the titles a-z button. This brings up a list of documents in alphabetic order.
- You can search for a document by a particular publishing organization by pressing the organizations button. This brings up a list of organizations.
- You may search for documents of a particular TYPE by pressing the Document type button
- You may search for a document according to the SECTOR(s) to which it is related pressing the sector button

Criteria for document “searchability” and usability
Shown below is the checklist version 1.2 used to verify that the documents of the type [Studies and Abstracts] meet minimum criteria for assuring its “searchability” and “usability”. Other checklists are used for other “types” of documents.
